PT 401-L

Ultra-high Purity Titanium Dioxide
TIPAQUE ®  PT-401L

PT-401L is a ultra-high purity titanium dioxide with finer particle size produced by ISK's unique chloride process. Impurities such as SiO2, Al2O3 and so on in PT-401L are lower than those of CR-EL.

Due to its finer particle size than CR-EL; easy handling, high reactivity and excellent sinterability are achieved. PT-401L is therefore one of the most suitable grades for the advanced electronics material.
